SORRY, NO REFUNDS!
Online orders & other Boutique purchases are only eligible for store credit. We cannot exchange online orders. Items move in and out very quickly and we cannot guarantee items will still be in stock when we receive your return and we do not hold items for exchange. We MUST be notified within 4 days of receipt of your purchase if you plan to return your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a coupon code in the amount of your returned item that you can use on your next purchase. Orders MUST reach us 12 days from the day you received your order.
**We reserve the right to deny a refund if you placed and order by mistake, accidentally used the incorrect form of payment, forgot to utilize a % off code, etc. Please verify your order before finalizing it.
**Items purchased from in person boutique shopping are eligible for exchange or credit within 14 DAYS of purchase. We DO NOT hold items for exchange & cannot guarantee we will have the same item to complete the exchange.
**If you order online & are local and choose pick-up your return window is still 14 days from date of purchase...not the date that you pick up your order. If you wait longer than 14 days to pick up your order it is no longer eligible for return.
**Sales on items marked Clearance are FINAL and not eligible for return.
**Holiday themed items cannot be returned once that particular holiday has passed no matter when they were purchased.
**Sales can be/are ran daily. We do not refund the difference of a sale item and/or credit the difference on previously purchased items.
**T-Shirts are made to order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
**Codes for retuned merchandise cannot be combined with any other code on the website. My website does not allow for multiple codes to be used unfortunately. Codes do not cover shipping even if your credit amount is enough to cover your total plus shipping, you will have to pay the shipping separately. This is how the website is and I can not change this feature. I apologize in advance.
**Gift cards are not eligible for exchange and cannot be redeemed for cash.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors and pet hair, and have tags still attached. Shoe returns MUST be in the original box and placed inside a mailer or another box prior to shipping. DO NOT tape up the shoe box and ship...this will result in your return not being accepted and you will be responsible for return shipping back to you. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.
To complete your return to our boutique, we require a receipt...no exceptions.
For all orders the email you receive confirming your order is your receipt. You can print a copy to send with your return or write your order number on a piece of paper and include with your return.

Once approved, we will respond to the email and you are welcome to send your item back to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customers responsibility.
Excessive returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Excessive includes (but is not limited to) 3 or more returns in a 30 day period or returning items from every or most orders. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return all items in the order the shipping charge will be deducted from your return amount.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages as we have no control over what occurs once the package leaves our store. Please contact your local post office to file a claim if this occurs.
