Return/Exchange Policy

Online orders are only eligible for store credit. We cannot guarantee items will still be in stock when we receive your return and we do not hold items for exchange.  We MUST be notified within 4 days of delivery of your purchase if you plan to return your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a coupon code in the amount of your returned item that you can use on your next purchase, coupon code will not expire. Orders MUST reach us 12 days from the day you received your order, no exceptions please. 

*Items purchased from online & you selected pickup, are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 DAYS of purchase. We DO NOT hold items for exchange & can not guarantee we have the size or style you are looking for, you may have to select a new item.  

If you order online & choose local pick-up, your return window is still 14 days from date of purchase, not the date that you pick up your order.  If you have selected local delivery, you have 14 days from delivery for your return window.  If you wait longer than 14 days to pick up your order it is no longer eligible for return. 

**Sales on items marked Clearance are FINAL and not eligible for return. 

**Holiday themed items cannot be returned once that particular holiday has passed no matter when they were purchased.  

**Shirt screens/custom orders cannot be returned, these are custom to your selection. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unwashed, unworn & free of odors.  Tags must be still attached to your items to be considered for return.  Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted. Once returned, I will send you a code to use in the amount of your return via email, you are welcome to apply it towards your next purchase.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt...no exceptions.  For online orders the email you receive confirming your order is your receipt. You can print a copy to send with your return or write your order number on a piece of paper and include with your return. 


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Excessive returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Excessive includes (but is not limited to) 3 or more returns in a 30 day period or returning items from every or most orders. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return all items in the order the shipping charge will be deducted from your return amount. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages as we have no control over what occurs once the package leaves our store. We are not responsible if you type your address incorrectly, we ship to the address you leave on your account. Please contact your local post office/UPS to file a claim if this occurs.   If an item shows delivered to your address and does not show, you need to file a claim as well with the carrier, we are not responsible once an items leave our hands.
